There is plenty to see and do in Twickenham. There are several houses of historical note including 17th Century Ham House. For rugby fans, aside from the famous Twickenham Stadium there is also a rugby museum, and a museum about Twickenham itself.

There are plenty of shops in Twickenham and a wide range of restaurants and bars. The river Thames provides an ideal setting for walks along the embankment and there are a number of parks in the area.
